Amy's artwork in this gallery is divided into two periods. The first includes works painted while she was in high school and as a student at the Savannah College of Art & Design. The second includes works painted/created after she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Amy moved into more abstract forms incorporating collage, the use of uncommon materials such as dried flowers and grids and patterns blocked out in paint after losing much of her hand & motor control.
